Research Services

DEXX&R provides detailed and accurate research covering all available products in each market segment including Individual and Group Risk products, Personal and Employer Super Funds and Retail Investment products. Market Share data is collected quarterly covering all wealth management and life insurance markets and published in our Analysis and Life Analysis reports.

DEXX&R's research services provided to manufacturers also include premium pricing and benchmark services and similar services covering fees and charges across all public offer, public service and large corporate superannuation funds.

DEXX&R has also developed a unique economic model that has continually evolved over the past twenty years. This model forms the basis of the forecasts published in our half yearly Projections Report.

DEXX&R's client base includes life insurers, superannuation funds, international consulting firms operating in the Australia market (for example Goldman Sachs), financial data providers (for example Bloomberg Inc.) and government regulators (for example ASIC), licensed Dealer groups (for example NAB owned dealer groups) and para planning services.

Consulting Services

DEXX&R provides client specific consulting services aligned with its research services. These include competitor analysis, strategic advice on product positioning, product market reviews including negotiating the acceptance of recommended enhancements with reinsurers. DEXX&R has also provided market assessment and strategic advice to international clients seeking to enter the Australian market. DEXX&R also provides APL review services to several dealer groups.

Our dedicated and highly skilled team of analysts and technical staff deliver concise and accurate reports for use by product & research managers, marketing & sales specialists, actuaries, senior executives and advisers within the Australian Financial Services Industry.

All data in the DEXX&R reports and tools is collected exclusively by DEXX&R direct from each of the Australian Financial Services companies. We do not limit our data capture to products used by advisers or to product for which investment performance is available.

Data collection is treated confidentially and we provide the product data to the reporting company for final review prior to release to subscribers and the broader Australian Financial Services market.

Mark joined the industry in 1978 and prior to founding DEXX&R in 1989 held several senior management roles in the life and superannuation industry. His industry experience has included risk, super and retail investment product innovation and development, senior management roles responsible for advice distribution channels, corporate strategy and general management.
